Villa KORA is a five-bedroom retreat on Chania’s Akrotiri Peninsula. Its low-slung contemporary architecture is arranged around the sea. Glass-lined living spaces, shaded terraces and a long infinity pool all turn toward the horizon.
It is made for a different pace. Coffee at sunrise, a swim before lunch, an unhurried dinner beneath the pergola, and complete privacy when the day is done.

Every bedroom at KORA is ensuite and air-conditioned, finished in the same palette of oak, cane and pale stone, but no two look out on the same thing. Open any photograph to see a suite full screen.

Living spaces
The wall opens
and the room ends outside.
A single volume runs from the kitchen through to the far terrace. Slide the glass back and the boundary disappears. The same stone floor continues out to the pool deck, under the same ceiling plane.
Everything is low and pale: linen seating, oak, white plaster, and one wall of raw excavated rock left exactly as the hillside was cut.

On the Akrotiri Peninsula in Chania, Crete. Chania Airport and the Venetian harbour of Chania Old Town are each about fourteen minutes away, and the nearest sandy bay, Agios Onoufrios, is five minutes by car or eight on foot.
03What is included in every stay?
The full estate: infinity pool, outdoor gym, sauna, covered dining, BBQ and outdoor kitchen, the lower-level entertainment room, landscaped gardens, private parking, air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs.
04Can you arrange a chef, transfers or a yacht?
Yes. A private chef, airport transfers, luxury vehicle rental, yacht charters, excursions, grocery pre-stocking, wellness treatments, a personal trainer and yoga instruction are all available on request through the concierge team.
05Is the villa suitable for children?
Children are welcome under adult supervision. The estate is set over several levels with a large open pool, so families with very young children should let us know in advance so we can plan the stay around it.
06What are the house rules?
No smoking inside the villa. No parties or events without prior approval, and no unregistered overnight guests. We ask guests to respect neighbouring properties and quiet hours.
